Sydney, 18 February 2009 – Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels is delighted to announce the sale of the Hurstville Ritz Hotel in Sydney to private pub operator Hurstville Properties Pty Ltd. Mr John Musca, Senior Vice President, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels negotiated the transaction on behalf of Ritz Hotel Pty Ltd for an initial yield of 9.5%. |
